3 Questions With Hannah

  • What’s the best thing you cook?

My specialty is a creamy chicken lemon orzo served with roasted broccolini. It's my favorite dish to serve when friends come over for dinner!

  • When was a memorable time you made lemonade out of lemons?
During my Junior year of college I studied abroad in Barcelona. While I was there I took six classes which was the most I ever had during a semester. At first, it was hard to balance getting good grades while also living in a foreign country with six roommates I never met before. Even though this was a lot of change, I worked really hard to learn the local language and culture while also studying hard and connecting with my new roommates. Eventually I ended up getting A’s in all my classes, making friends with all my roommates, while also really enjoying my time abroad traveling across Europe.

  • Why do you love working in food and beverage PR?

I am very passionate about food and cooking because they are a way of connecting and sharing special moments with friends and family. In my free time I love going to farmers’ markets on Sunday mornings and getting lots of fresh produce to use to create a spectacular meal. I also love expanding my palette by trying new foods, restaurants, and different types of cuisines. JS2 is the perfect place for me because I get to write and talk about food all day long! I love discovering new restaurants, clients, and trends from working in the food and beverage industry.
