3 Questions With Laura
What’s the best thing you cook?
Salad– it might sound odd, but I love that you can switch it up a million ways and it never tastes the same.
When was a memorable time you made lemonade out of lemons?
During an event I was coordinating, I realized last minute that I hadn’t cross-checked the dimensions of an activation being delivered, and there was a risk it wouldn’t be able to fit the space. With quick communication and a bit of creative problem-solving, we were able to adjust and make everything work seamlessly. The event moved forward without issue, and the activation ended up being a success! Why do you love working in food and beverage PR?
Food brings people together, and I truly believe hospitality workers are the backbone of this country. Being able to promote and be a part of their story in any way possible is incredibly rewarding to me. The restaurant industry is notoriously challenging, so helping businesses and teams get the recognition they deserve means a lot to me.
